Title: Stuffed Potato Dumplings
Categories: Side dish
Yield: 10 Servings

10 Potatoes, grated & drained
1/2lbPork, cooked, minced
1/4tsSalt
1cHot mashed potatoes

Combine grated raw potatoes with salt and hot mashed potatoes. Blend well. Shape mixture into 10 balls. In each ball make an indentation and fill with minced pork. Cover up hole. In a large pot, bring to boil 4 qts. water; add dumplings. Boil for 45-60 minutes. Serve hot with salt and pepper. Posted by : Sharon Barnard Dibble 5/9/97
